Snowkite

Hi,

I am going on a snow kite trip with these guys next winter http://hampshirekitesurfing.com/
Looking to get a motorhome this year but aside from asking about tips on motorhomes I
would like some advice on where I can park near monetier at the end of Serre Chevalier.

Thanks

Snowkite,

Park on the aire next to the gondola station or use campsite on edge of the village.
Know nothing about snowkiting Serre Chavalier seems a bit steep though have seen a number of snowkiters up on the Col de Lauteret. Spent time in the Jura this winter, lots of snowkiting going on there.

Snowkite,

Looks like the same campsite, about six years since we were there. They were very friendly and ran a shuttle down to the gondola in Monetier otherwise its about a fifteen min walk. Nothing elaborate but very clean showers, washing up area and laundry.
