LPG in the French Alps

If you are going to the French Alps (Chamonix/Flaine/Morzine/Avoriaz) area via the E25 Geneva, then the best place to top up on LPG is at the motorway services on the E25 before you get to CLUSES. If going on to Chamonix and Courmayer, you can get it at the services at Les Houches.
I couldn't find anything on the road to or in the vicinity of Morzine/Avoriaz - If anyone knows better please let me know.
Another worthwhilst thing to do is to go to the Carrefore in Cluses to get your diesel. It's easily the cheapest place in the region. The closer you get to resorts the more expensive it gets. The Carrefore is easy to find as it's signed off the motorway and you can pay by card on the pumps so time of day is not an issue.

The garage in a Alpe d Huez
no longer stocks GPL
The nearest place is in Vizille about 35 miles back down the valley
so stock up before hand

However if you use French bottles a guy delivers them to your van on the Aire
or you can go down to the supermarket and exchange bottles in Le Bourge d Oisans at the bottom of the hill (bout 10 miles down)
